This kit is only the cutting Suture Needle and 1m attached thread - Suture is used for stitching large rips, the cutting needle is ideal for punching through tough Alpacka fabric and the pre-attached thread has no knot so it passes through the needle hole seamlessly. **This is a medical grade suture kit that is sterile and can be used on yourself in the event of a medical emergency**
