What Can't Be Returned 

Sale items. All Safety Equipment. This includes Climbing Equipment (Example: Harnesses, Helmets, Ropes, Slings, Cams, Nuts, Carabiners). Paddle Equipment (Example: Packrafts & PFD's) Electronics (Example: Power Bank, Transceivers, GPS. Swimwear, Underwear and Special Order products that are not regularly stocked in our store.

Returning An Item

The following requirements apply:

  1. The item is unworn except trying it on.
  2. The hang tags and all the original manufacturer's packaging are left intact.
  3. Include a copy of the original receipt or order form.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  5. We do not accept USA returns via post. Please be sure about your purchase.

Money will be returned to the original payment method.

How to return an item:

  1. Please contact us via email. Ensure the above requirements are met. Please include images of the item, tags and let us know why you would like to return the item.
  2. Once a decision is made, package up the item.
  3. Ship the Return Package to the address below.
  4. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or adding shipping insurance to the return package, as we do not take responsibility for lost items in transit.

Once we receive the item back, a the return process will begin and the refund will be issued thereafter. If damage is found on the item you are returning, you will be contacted and notified. Note that refunds can take 5-10 business days to show up on your card-issuing bank.

Warranty

If you believe your item has worn out or broken due to a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to process a warranty claim on your behalf. Depending on the brand, it’s often more efficient for customers to handle the warranty directly with the manufacturer. However, if you prefer not to do this, or if the manufacturer’s warranty requires you to go through the retailer, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

When applying for a warranty replacement or repair, please Contact Us and include the following:

  • Item name, size, and color
  • A few photographs of the issue
  • A brief description of what happened to the item

We will respond promptly with the next steps.
