Can I pick up my rentals the day before?
Yes - you can collect in Chilliwack after 5:00pm and in Whistler after 6:00pm.
When do I need to drop of my rentals?
You must drop your rentals back in Chilliwack by 5:00pm and in Whistler by 6:00pm to avoid late fees.

What time are the rental locations open until in the evenings?
Open times vary depending on the location. Check out the most up to date closing times here.
What happens if I damage my rental equipment?
When you purchase a damage deposit, you are covered within reason for any accidental damage caused to your equipment. All damage will be assessed by the store manager. If no damage deposit is purchased, you are liable for the repair cost of the equipment.
What do I need to pick up my rental?
All you need is your ID and order confirmation. Someone else may also collect the equipment but they must bring ID.
What happens if I return my rental late?
If you return a rental item late, you’ll be charged a full day rental fee. We often have rentals booked back-to-back, so returning on time helps us clean, check, and prepare the gear for the next person - who’s likely heading out on their own trip.
