We work on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have a deadline, let us know when you book and we'll advise on availability. Expect longer wait times during busy times of year.

• New mount: $70 – a first mount on a ski
• Remount: $90 – for skis that have been mounted before
• Complex mount: $110 – for challenging mounts or non-standard bindings
• Binding adjustment: $20 – fitting an existing binding to new boots and setting the DIN
• Binding removal: $5 – removal ahead of a remount

We carry jigs for alpine bindings from Tyrolia, hybrid bindings like the Fritschi Tecton and ATK Hy, and pin bindings from ATK, Fischer, Dynafit and G3. Our technicians have experience with a wide range of other bindings too, so please call ahead to check we can mount yours. We can also advise on remounts and more technical work.

Brakes should match your ski's waist width. We can stretch ski brakes up to 6 mm in store, so a brake slightly narrower than your ski often still works. Ask us when you book your mount.

Yes. We can source many spare parts, brakes and screws. Contact us with your binding model and we'll check availability.

In Whistler, Chris brings more than 15 years of bootfitting experience to every fitting and personally trains our whole team to the same high standard.

• Boot punch: $30 – for new boots or to fix existing boot troubles
• Liner moulding: $40 – heat moulding to shape new liners or bring Intuition foam back to life
• Trim-to-fit footbeds: $65
• Custom footbeds: $199 – heat-moulded Sidas footbeds, our most precise option
• Foam and liner modification (shims, padding and more): $100 per hour

For $65, added when you buy ski touring boots or insoles we've recommended, we'll cover all labour and materials needed to improve their fit for as long as you own them.

Yes, we're happy to work on boots bought elsewhere at our standard shop rates.

• Wax and sharpen: $50 – hot wax and edge sharpening
• New ski prep: $40 – wax and detune tip and tail
• Hot wax: $40 – base wax and brush
• Edge sharpen: $20 – hand tune with a file
• Storage wax and tune: $30 – protects your skis from rust and drying out over the summer

Yes. P-Tex repairs are $10 per inch. For large holes or bigger repairs, please check with our team first.

Skin cuts are free with any skin purchase. Bring your own skins and we'll trim them to your ski.

• Skin cut: $20
• Tip and tail hardware install: $10 – replacement clip fitting

We sell skin glue by the tube or sheet for regluing at home. A skin glue sheet ($30) is enough to reglue a pair: just scrape, heat and go. If you'd rather someone else did the messy work, Pemberton local Eric Dejardins offers a regluing service.
