Recon Self-Bailing
Description
Note: Thigh-strap set not included.
The road-to-river original. The Recon is built from 1,000d reinforced PVC, which takes a beating and runs at higher pressure than TPU boats, so it stays stiff when you plug big features. The inflatable floor and drain holes empty water on their own, which makes scouting and self-rescue quick. The boat weighs 7.2 kg (15.9 lb), or 8.1 kg (17.9 lb) with key accessories, and packs to 56 × 36 cm. It comes with a Nano Barrel Pump. The TiZip version stores gear in the tubes.
Ideal for: after-work laps, road-side whitewater and multi-day raft trips.
