Ultra-light, compact carabiner with MonoFil gate
The ANGE S carabiner represents the best of both traditional solid and classic wire gate carabiners. Petzl’s MonoFil technology and the H-shaped cross-section offer an ultra lightweight of 28 grams and an optimal strength-to-weight ratio. The shape of the nose and the Keylock system help prevent the carabiner from snagging when clipping and unclipping. It is especially suited for mountaineering and multi-pitch alpine climbs where every grams counts.

Nose of the carabiner has a hole that allows ice, snow, or dirt to be cleared out
Flat carabiner spine provides stability when holding it in your hand or pinch clipping
Wide contact surface with the rope and bolt hanger for better rope glide and reduced wear on the carabiner
