This is made possible by the sturdy, particularly high upper, which has a recessed notch at the calf to better fit the female anatomy. The latest version of this model for trekking enthusiasts is built using their StraightFit Extra Last, with its wide toe box that provides more room for the forefoot and allows the big toe to assume a straight position.
And on longer stretches, the cushioning midsole provides additional comfort. Underfoot, the sure-grip Vibram® sole with its wide, stabilizing heel and high rubber rand rounds things off nicely. In addition, the high-quality leather upper is more than just particularly supportive and breathable, looked after properly it will literally last a lifetime – making the Ancash ll Lady GTX a long-term trekking companion. The durably waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX lining keep your feet reliably dry.
