The Aqua-Bound Manta Ray Hybrid paddle is a great performing lightweight all-purpose packrafting paddle at an incredible price point. The Manta Ray Hybrid features an all-carbon shaft, large abXII fiberglass-reinforced blades, and Aqua-Bound’s Posi-Lok adjustable ferrule which has a full range of feathering angles with secure and easy to adjust dual-button release. It's a perfect paddle for anyone who wants to save a bit of money and doesn’t mind a couple of extra ounces of weight over the carbon version.
Note: All of our Aqua-Bound paddles should be taken apart to dry before storage to prevent the binding of the nylon ferrules with the shafts. The ferrules are designed with ridges to be lightly sanded if the fit becomes too tight.
