After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been fulfilled by our team in store you will receive a second email confirming your item is ready to be shipped. This email will include your tracking number. This number allows you to monitor your package throughout the delivery process. Our team is here to help if you have any further questions.

In-store Pick Up
FREE item collection from any of our retail locations. Please allow 5-7 days for inventory to be transferred. A team member will call once the item arrives at the destination store.

Its weather-resistant material – our highly durable N400r-AC² nylon ripstop – and weathertight construction protect gear from rain and snow. Efficient organization includes an easy-access top entry, internal dividers, a laptop sleeve, and a light-coloured interior to make finding everything easier. A hidden pocket under the top flap stashes small essentials, and padded, vented shoulder straps and the AeroForm back panel provide breathable comfort.
