Description
The Navis Freebird is a touring ski for advanced and expert skiers who want to ski hard on the way down without giving up efficiency on the way up. Lighter and stiffer than before, with a poplar and paulownia wood core reinforced with fibreglass and carbon, plus a titanal plate under the binding zone, it handles aggressive big-mountain terrain while staying light on the climb. Extended shovel rocker gives flotation in deep snow, a flatter tail helps skin grip, and the classic camber underfoot offers carving and edge hold on hard snow. Specific attachment points are built in for Pilus skins.
