Free Rider 20 S

The Free Rider 20 S is the short-back version of Ortovox's compact, close-fitting freeride pack. It sits against your back like a second skin for full freedom of movement in any terrain, thanks to the flat, elasticated Clasp Flex belt and soft back pads that hug the back without restricting the spine. The Clasp Spine Protector (certified to motorcycle standards, sold separately) slides into a dedicated inner pocket.

Integrated side straps compress the pack into a flat profile on the go, and all the attachment points are tucked away on the outside so nothing catches in tricky terrain: skis, ice axes, rope, a helmet net, an emergency card and hydration compatibility. There's still room for skins and ski crampons, emergency gear stays in a separate safety compartment, and the main compartment opens from the front or the back.
