Description
The BCA Slopemeter is a pocket-sized inclinometer for checking how steep a slope is before you commit to it. Lay it perpendicular on the snow (or on a ski pole resting on the slope) and a metal ball in a liquid-filled tube settles quickly to give you a fast, easy reading from 0° to 60°, so you can tell whether a slope falls into avalanche-prone terrain. It doubles as a ski and skin scraper, making it a genuinely useful multi-tool to keep in your pack or snow study kit.
